Today my class went over to see harold the giraffe. It was really fun and we learned many things that we haven't heard or known. We also got to see harold. It's been a long time since we have seen him because we are growing and we don't get to see harold more often. My class got a question that we had to write down in our books are fill it in. It's to tell everyone more about us and what we do in our life.
Today my class was to use shapes to recreate Aotearoa! It was really easy to find the right shapes to recreate Aotearoa. The thing I found easy was to find the right green to match Aotearoa. The only thing I found hard was to make the right size and it kind of turned out good. I enjoyed making Aotearoa with using shapes and not polyline. What I wanna do next time is to make my work look almost as like I didn't use shapes or anything at all.
For this Te Ika a Maui we did it because its part of the history of Aotearoa and how the north island was created. I worked with my partner to get this task finished and it worked out fine. The thing I found hard was to get the right background and a short paragraph to fit in the box. What I found easy was to grab a small bit of a paragraph and write it down and also make new slides and more information about Te Ika a Maui.
Today we were trying to make our favorite characters from games that we know. I didn't get my character finish but I got most of it finished in the time I had. The thing I found hard was to find the right shape to match my character and so far it turned out good.
